专利摘要:
1533784 Rail tank waggons loading arrangement GENERAL AMERICAN TRANSPORTATION CORP 13 April 1976 [28 April 1975] 15088/76 Heading B8E A train 50 is made up of tank cars 60 interconnected by flexible hoses 130 to allow loading and unloading in series. Each car has an inlet conduit 100 and an outlet conduit 120 interconnectible by a flexible hose 130 movable by a crane arm 170 pivotal about a vertical pin secured to a plate 151 connected to a pipe. 102 of the inlet conduit 100 between the position, Fig. 2, where the hose 130 is connected between the conduits and is held elevated relative thereto and a disconnected position shown in dotted lines, Fig. 3, in which the hose is held in a stored position in clamps 210. A train of connected waggons is connected to a lading source 40, Fig. 1, which by pressure of the lading progressively fills the cars in series the elevation of the connected hoses 130 allowing the lading contained therein to return to the cars so that valves can close the inlet and outlet conduits during transport. To unload nitrogen or air is applied under pressure to one end of the train to force the lading progressively from the cars in series to a storage facility connected at the other end of the train. Alternatively loading- unloading apparatus 98 of each car can be connected by a pipe 45 to the storage facility.

专利说明:

The invention relates to railway transport and can be used on tank wagons connected by hose connections for unloading a group of wagons. A device for a p-chung rail tank connection is known, comprising a fastening element tl3 mounted in the upper part at the end of each tank. The disadvantage of this device is that during train movement, flexible galangas oscillate due to uneven tracks and train movement on sharp turns, climbs and descents, which can lead to ignition of transported petrochemical products, such as gasoline. safety by emptying pipelines. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a support device for a hose connection of rail tank cars containing a fastener mounted at the end of each tank mounted on top, the latter contains a bracket, one end of which is slung mounted on the tank, and on the other a hose clamp fixture mounted in the form of clamping ring. At the same time, the device is equipped with a device for storing the hose and clamps hinged above it, each of which has a locking mechanism containing a finger and a pin mounted on it with the possibility of rotation. The hose storage device is provided in the form of a support surface having an opening for the passage of the clip. Neither figure 1 shows the device, the type of spray and; figure 2 is the same, top view; fig.Z - tozzhe, side view; 4 shows a pipeline during storage, side view; figure 5 is a section aa in figure 4; figure 6 is a locking mechanism, top view. The device consists of a fastening element mounted in the upper part at the end of each tank 1, containing a bracket 2, one end of which is hinged on plate 3, and on the other there is a fixture for fixing 5 lhanga 4, made in the form of a clamping ring 5, for storing the hose 4, the supporting surface 6 having the hole 7 and the clips 8 mounted above it, each of which contains a locking mechanism 1. containing a finger 10 and a pin 11 rotatably mounted thereon. The device operates next blowing way. When the train is formed, the tanks 1 are interconnected, and the pipes 12 of each tank 1 are interconnected by flexible hose 4, forming a common cargo capacity. In order for the liquid cargo in the tanks 1 not to pour out during transport, it is necessary that the hose 4 is located at the outlet side of the pipe ends 12. This is achieved due to the fact that a clamping ring 5 consisting of two half rings is put on the hose 4 having flanges to connect them together. The ring 5 with the help of the cable 13 is attached to the Bracket 2, while the latter is located so as to maintain the middle of the hose 4 at the desired height. For fastening the hose 4, clamps 8 are used, located above the supporting surfaces 6, each of which is attached to the tank 1 with a slope. The clamp 8, having a flat edge 13, is inserted into the opening 7 of the support surface 6 and fixed by means of a locking mechanism 9. Dp this pin 11 is placed along the longitudinal axis of the finger 10 and inserted into the holes 14 of each mounting element 15. After the finger 10 fully inserted through the opening 14 so that its head 16 rests on the respective shelf, the pin 11 under the action of gravity rotates to the position in which it is located perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the finger 10, and thus fixes the locking mechanism 9. Since the holes 14 are located above the holes 17, the clips 8 will not be able to rotate relative to the fingers of the hinges 18 and therefore cannot be moved from the closed position in which they hold the hose 4 on the support surface 6. When it is necessary to lay Llang 4 a
storing, for example, when it is necessary to clean the tank 1, the connectors are removed from each clamping ring 5 and the bracket 2 is turned relative to the hinge pin 19.
The application of the proposed device will make it possible to obtain an economic effect due to the fact that the hose is tightly and reliably held on the tank and at the same time the possibility of its rotation, caused by the movement of the train, is stored.
